I take 0.5 mg of Klonopins twice a day. Sometimes just in the morning. Unless I feel I need it at night too. I found that as long as I drink caffeine with it I don't get drowsy or tired. Without caffeine tho I sometimes just want to sleep all day. So as long as I drink caffeine I function just fine. It absolutely helps my anxiety!
