Results of a study published in the Journal of the American Art Therapy Association found that just 45 minutes of creative activity can reduce your stress, regardless of artistic experience or talent.
Suck on a peppermint. If clutter is upsetting, spend 10 minutes each day to tidy. Chew a stick of minty gum. Work standing up. Have fun with the process. Take a walk around the block or in the parking lot. Too stressed to snooze?
