As of today, more people are suffering from pain of angina. This is because the number of people suffering from cardiovascular problems is increasing in rate. This is due to our modernized and savvy-tech lifestyle which we barely eat nutritious foods, we barely have exercise and we live in inactivity and sedentary lifestyle.

Cardiovascular problems are the world’s top-notch killer disease as of today. This is because the number of people getting prone to this illness is increasing. And the most common classification is atherosclerotic heart disease or the clogging of the arteries.

Atherosclerotic heart disease is a result of the calcification and clogging of the unsaturated fats and minerals in the blood to the arterial walls. It can result into myocardial ischemia (lack of oxygen in the heart tissues) which causes the symptom angina pectoris. If myocardial ischemia is not managed, it could result into a complication called myocardial infarction (death of heart tissues).

Angina Pectoris is the main and the most common symptom of atherosclerosis. Pain of angina can be considered an agony to those who experience it. That is why immediate relief is a must. Angina pain is classified into two types: Stable Angina & Unstable Angina.

Stable Angina is a dull pain felt in the chest which is triggered by activities like running, jogging, strenuous exercises and sports. Other factors that could trigger stable angina are severe depression, severe anxiety, and chronic stress. This pain is regular in nature. Its duration is not more than 15 to 20 minutes. Its frequency is 30 minutes to 1 hour interval. And it has a regular rhythm of moderate pain.
