Traffic stop leads to jail for Powhatan man
Cloud was booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center, charged with possession of meth, illegal possession of hydrocodone, illegal possession of clonazepan, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and other traffic offenses.

Both men were charged with possession of Methadone, Clonazepan, Alprazolam, Naproxen and Paxil, possession of marijuana with intent to resell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Worley was also charged with driving on a suspended license.
